POWDER-COATED ALUMINIUM IN COIL AND SHEET METAL

Luxe Coat powder Polyester powder coating is baked on with a special powder that guarantees maximum flexibility and formability, with a layer thickness of at least 60 µ. Due to the high-quality ROHS-compliant and environmentally compatible chrome-free pre-treatment based on zirconium, the product is permanently protected against corrosion, taking into account the processing guidelines.

Luxe Coat Liquid covers the complete range of possible wet paint coatings in the coil coating process. Depending on our customers' requirements, paint systems and aluminium alloys can be freely combined.

Luxe Coat Liquid is available in an almost infinite range of alloys, alloy states, lacquers, colours and special finishes. The colour palette is unlimited; according to customer requirements, any colour variant can be produced in any desired gloss level - naturally also in structured surfaces.

 

OTEFAL ANODIZING –
THE CARRIER MATERIAL IN ANODISING QUALITY

The substrate material according to EN AW-5005 H44 in decorative anodised quality is coloured in natural shade E6/EV1 using the bandeloxal process. The front is decorative and has a layer thickness of 10 - 12 µ. The substrate material is specially adapted to the anodising process, so that a high-quality and decorative surface can be achieved on the visible side.
